Richard Scott

Bella Construction is a family run business with myself Richard Scott as the role of Managing Director. Over the last 3 decades I have been in the construction industry working across residential, commercial and government construction sectors. At Bella Construction we pride ourselves on an honest, straightforward and open approach to all our projects whether this is with our clients or our workforce everyone is treated with the utmost respect. We have a strong network of professional sub-contractors who adapt the same ethics as we do. We have a number of developer clients who we work with every year across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. With over 38 years experience within the trade and with an NVQ qualification I pride myself in delivering a high standard service, whatever building work you need. Daniel Scott

I have worked within the building industry for 14 years, as site manager I make sure that the team work within the health and safety requirements and the site continuously always works to an organised and professional manner. Within each project Bella Construction takes on I work from start to finish to ensure that the final product meets all your needs and expectations.

I work closely with the team at Bella Construction to organise and make sure every job is carried out at the highest quality possible.
